Need a custom thing to monitor the low voltage stuff in an RV. This is to make sure I don't Rip & Tear through stored energy 

Current requirements 
1. Monitor the voltage on 3-4 Banks of batteries 
2. monitor the temp of each bank 
3. able to connect/disconnect banks from load 
4. able to connect/disconnect banks from charger
5. RS232 Communications and control 
6. Voltage Level on each Bank 
7. Current Draw from each bank. 
8. Inverter control
